All we need is a clear space about 6x8 feet for our portable table. If you have pets or small children, it can be helpful to have a quiet area ready so you can relax fully during your session.

No, appointments don’t always have to be inside your home. Many patients prefer home visits, but we can also meet in your workplace, gym, or another safe, comfortable space that allows for chiropractic care. Our goal is to bring care where it’s most convenient for you.

Yes! We love working with families/groups and can schedule back-to-back appointments to make care more convenient. Family/group discounts may apply when multiple members are seen during the same visit.

New patient visits typically last about 45–60 minutes to allow for a full assessment and your first adjustment if appropriate. Follow-up visits are usually 15-30 minutes, depending on your care plan.

We understand that life happens! We simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when possible so we can open that time to another family in need of care.

Yes. Pediatric chiropractic care uses very light touch and gentle adjustments tailored to each baby’s size and needs. Many parents notice improvements in feeding, sleep, and calmness after care.

Patients with pre-existing conditions, injuries, or surgeries are welcome. In some cases, additional steps such as reviewing imaging (like X-rays or MRIs) may be needed so that we can create a treatment plan that safely supports your healing process.

At this time, we do not bill insurance directly. Many of our patients choose cash-based care because it provides more freedom in treatment options and keeps costs transparent. We do accept HSA/FSA, and upon request, we can also provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your coverage.

We serve families throughout Polk County and the surrounding Central Florida areas. Mobile visits outside of the immediate service area include a travel fee based on distance.
